Founded in 2000, Mountain Time Ministries is the speaking and writing ministry of Toby Shockey.
Toby speaks in a wide variety of Christian settings including camps, retreats, Disciple Now weekends, revivals, etc.
Why "Mountain Time"?
The concept of "mountain time" comes from Exodus 33-34 as Moses encounters God in a dramatic way on the mountain. Moses was able to speak to the people for God because he had been with God. MTM’s conviction is that genuine public ministry is an overflow of time spent with God and a lifestyle of worship. The heart and passion of Mountain Time Ministries is to communicate God's truth and lead others in worship out of the overflow of an abiding relationship with Jesus.
